• We collect what you type into our inquiry form (or send us by email), and we use it to reply to you and see whether we can help.
• Like any website, our hosting provider also automatically processes basic technical request data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you requested, and the time, to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• Form submissions are stored in our private Notion workspace. Our website is hosted on Vercel.
• We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this website.
• We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
• You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing omar@anthementerprise.com.

Inquiry form. Your name and email address are required, and you choose what you need (Lead-to-Booked Operations Setup, or help finding where work gets stuck). You can also choose to share your phone number, business name, current website, and a short note.

Email. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Please do not send sensitive information through the form, such as passwords, bank or card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information. We do not need it to respond to an inquiry.

This website does not use analytics tools, advertising or social media tracking pixels, or cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. It does not load third-party tracking scripts. Our fonts are served from our own website, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts when you visit.

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you requested, and the date and time of the request. This information appears in standard server logs.

When you submit a form, we attach a random submission ID and a timestamp to help identify repeat inquiries. The form also contains a hidden field that people cannot see; if an automated program fills it in, we discard the submission as spam.

We use the information described above to:

• read and respond to your inquiry;
• decide whether our services are a good fit, schedule a call, or prepare a proposal you asked for;
• follow up with you about your inquiry;
• keep ordinary business records of inquiries and clients;
• protect the website and our form from spam and abuse; and
• meet our legal obligations.

Submitting a form does not sign you up for a newsletter or a marketing list.

We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts this website and runs the server code that receives your form submission and passes it to our records. Vercel also keeps the standard server logs described above.
• Notion stores each form submission as a record in our private client pipeline database, where we review and track inquiries.
• Resend delivers an email notification to us with the details of each new form submission, so we can reply quickly.
• Our email provider handles messages when you email us or when we reply to you.

These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. Vercel, Notion, and Resend are U.S. companies, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:

• with the service providers listed above, to run our business;
• when you ask us to, or with your permission;
• when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Anthem Enterprise, our clients, or others; and
• as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

We keep inquiry records for as long as we reasonably need them to respond to you, evaluate a possible engagement, and keep ordinary business records. If an inquiry does not lead to working together, we periodically review old records and delete the ones we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider under its standard retention settings.

Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The credentials that connect our forms to our records stay on our server and are never sent to your browser, and access to our records is limited to the people who need it to run the business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email omar@anthementerprise.com from the address you used with us, or tell us how to reach you. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, including Texas, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

This website is meant for business owners and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Our website may link to other websites or social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their policies.

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly at the top of this page.
